Simon has been an AFL Recruiting Manager for 17 years. Simon currently works with St Kilda Football Club, previously the Sydney Swans and the Western Bulldogs. His time as the Development Manager at the Northern Knights in the TAC Cup combined with a long history in education and coaching makes Simon the ideal person to help aspiring recruiters, athletes and coaches to learn how to identify young Football talent, and furthermore how to develop that talent to give payers the best chance of being recruited. -

Brad founded HAD Football in 2016 with a clear mission: to develop aspiring AFL and AFLW athletes from the ground up. Working closely with every athlete in the program, Brad brings a personalised approach, identifying strengths to build on and areas to sharpen, with a focus on every aspect of an athlete's life, not just their game.
With an extensive background in elite athlete education across the AFL, NRL, Cricket, and Baseball, Brad has lectured at university level and served as part of Melbourne Storm's Strength and Conditioning Coaching Team.
